Welcome to Biznie TradeTech LLP (“Biznie”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.biznie.com, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions
“User” / “You” – Any individual or entity accessing or using Biznie services (buyers, sellers, NBFCs, partners).
“Buyer” – Entity purchasing goods through Biznie.
“Seller” – Entity supplying goods via Biznie.
“NBFC/TReDS Partner” – Financial institution facilitating invoice financing and payments.
“Services” – Includes booking, secured payments, invoice financing, trade facilitation, and related offerings.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Business users must be registered entities with valid GST and KYC documents.

3. User Responsibilities
By using our Platform, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes.
Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited activities.
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and notify Biznie of unauthorized access.

4. Booking & Transactions
Buyers must pay a booking amount of ₹2,000 per ton (minimum 30 tons) to lock steel rates. This booking amount is non-refundable.
Final invoices will be generated after loading and weighing.
Buyers must raise a Purchase Invoice (PI) to NBFC/TReDS; once acknowledged, goods will be dispatched.
NBFC/TReDS will release funds to Biznie within 48 hours; buyers must repay on agreed due dates.
Delay in buyer repayment to NBFC/TReDS may attract penalties and legal action.

5. Payments
All payments are routed securely via Banks, NBFC and TReDS platforms.
Biznie does not accept responsibility for delays caused by banks, NBFCs, or third-party payment systems.
Interest, penalties, and charges (if any) are subject to RBI and NBFC regulations.

6. Cancellation & Refunds
Booking amounts are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellations after booking will forfeit the advance paid.
Refunds, if any (for overpayments, double deductions, etc.), will be processed within 7–14 working days.

7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, content, software, and designs on Biznie’s Platform are Biznie’s property.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use Biznie’s content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
Biznie acts as a trade facilitator, not a direct lender or insurer.
Biznie is not responsible for defaults by buyers, sellers, NBFCs, or third-party partners.
Biznie’s liability is limited to the amount of service fees (if any) paid by the user for a disputed transaction.

9. Compliance & Laws
Users must comply with applicable laws, including RBI guidelines, GST laws, Companies Act, IT Act 2000, and DPDP Act 2023.
Biznie reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-compliance.

10. Termination
Biznie may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:
You breach these Terms.
You provide false or misleading information.
You misuse Biznie’s Platform for illegal or fraudulent activity.

11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute shall first be attempted to resolve amicably.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Jurisdiction: Courts of [Varanasi, India] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Amendments
Biznie may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with the effective date. Continued use of services implies acceptance.
